Hénaff Pork Pate Savoury Salty Cakes

A quick loaf that will surprise your guests. A perfect savoury cake to accompany a glass of wine.

The ingredients for the Hénaff Pork Pate Savoury Salty Cakes

  • 2 zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 180g of flour
  • ½ of baking powder
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 1 Hénaff Pork Pate 156g 
  • Sal, pepper

Steps in the Hénaff Pork Pate Savoury Salty Cakes

  1. Grate the zucchini
  2. Put in the blender, the flour, eggs, baking powder and grated cheese. Then, add the salt and pepper and mix it. 
  3. Preheat the hoven to 180° C / 350F
  4. Cut the Genuine Pork Pate Hénaff into small cubes
  5. Pour the preparation into cake moulds and then add, the small cubes of pork pate in the middle of each cakes. 
  6. Cook it 35 minutes. Verify the cooking with the point of a knife: it should be dry!
